2008 Site of the Year Nomination Form

This July, we will be presenting the 2008 Michigan College Goal Sunday Site of the Year Award at the EduGuide Leadership Luncheon on Thursday, September 18th 2008 in Lansing, MI. But we need your help first. We have all the survey data and participation rates for each site, but what we really want to hear from you the volunteers!
